What is Anne's advice when one is reeling under melancholy?

The people inside the annexe were always terrified. Describe their condition when they feared being discovered.

Anne’s was a very different girl. She was sensible enough and was quite intelligent in all the terms. She was good at making decisions as she was mature enough to take it on her own. She was a girl who was once a victim of tension, stress, and troubles of life. She deeply observes others and feels their troubles. She advises her near and dear ones to go outside, visit places, meet peoples and think about their conditions and sufferings. She is asking all human beings to go outside and feel the beauty of nature. She wants everyone to enjoy the natural beauty and think about the same deeply. She wants everyone to go outside the country and recapture the happiness.

The people inside the annexe were always terrified. They feared being discovered. This is because they were afraid of the consequences of getting discovered. In the concentration camp, peoples were tortured and the people inside the annexe got the news of the same. On hearing all this they became very nervous. They had to be hidden and some of them even fall ill thinking about all this. They were shattered were fear and their teeth’s chattered. They were so frightened that they slept in the corner. This became very unfortunate for the people of annexe and they were more concerned about their safety.
