Good morning to one and all present here. I am here to speak regarding healthy eating habits. As we all know that a healthy body resides inside a healthy mind. So, one must eat healthy to live healthily. We all go through a fast-paced stressful lifestyle. So, it is mandatory for all of us to take care of what all we eat and when we eat. Eating less or more creates an impact to a certain extent but eating on proper time creates a big impact on our lives. It is the timing that plays a major role in building our personality.

One has to eat on time and divide the time accordingly. Regular drinking water is a must for all. Water after meals is not recommended. Eating too much at a time is also not fruitful. One should not sleep or sit after eating. Avoid eating junk food and high-calorie food. Eat food with proper nutrients, mineral and protein supply. So, one must take care of what he/she is eating.

Good Morning to one and all present over here.

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friend

I am Kavita and I had recently cleared my UPSC Civil Services Examination. I am thankful to the school for asking me to give a speech to all the student managers. First of all, I owe to this school as this is the place where I had been brought up. I build my base here and learned the basics which helped me a lot in my preparation.

In any exams, basics play an important role in clearing the examinations. So, as my fundamentals were strong I could achieve such heights. So, I request all of you standing over here to start preparing from today, as it is never late to start. One cannot crack UPSC exams in a single year or so. Each grade plays a major role in selection. So, what I will suggest is build your dream, decide on what you want to become and thrive to achieve that. Nothing is impossible as impossible itself says I am possible. So, make your visions clear and start preparing. Get into the habit of reading newspapers.

So, at last, I wish you all the very best for your future and I hope that I can see all of you here in my place someday.

Thank you
