Find the vector equation of the line passing through point A(1, 2, -1) and parallel to the line

Given: the line passing through point A(1, 2, -1) and parallel to the line and parallel to the line


5x − 25x = 14 − 7x = 35z.


By dividing the equation of the line 5x − 25x = 14 − 7x = 35z with 35.



∴ The equation of the parallel line in vector form is



∴ The required equation of the line passing through point A(1, 2, -1) is
