Q1 of 52 Page 354

What does it mean a circuit is closed or open?

If a circuit is closed that means electrons can easily flow through the circuit and thus electric current will flow through it.

If a circuit is open that means the electrons will not be able to flow through the circuit which means that there will be no current flowing through it.
