What are the estimates of labour force, work force, and the unemployment rate for the year 2011-12?

The statistics collected by National Sample Survey Organization (NSSO) and their 68^th round in 2011-12 in order to raise the data of the unemployment in the economy. In this estimates it was found that the labour force was 395 per thousand population and the work force as 386 per thousand population. The employment rate was at the normal condition with 2.3%.

Labour force is the number of people who are capable of working in the overall population. Whereas the working population is the actual number of people working in the overall population, both the indices are calculated on per thousand population.
