Describe a few ways by which more employment can be created in India.

Employment opportunities can be created by improving the condition of Indian agriculture to improve productivity, identify in and promoting new local industries and services in a rural and semi-rural area and promoting the creation of a new business. In Agriculture it can be done by improving irrigation facilities, providing loan at a cheaper rate so that farmer can buy better quality seeds and use agriculture machinery to improve income and by producing more than in one season. With irrigation, farmers can also grow the crop in Rabi season. Local industries can also be promoted, like rice mean in an area where rice is major crop or dalmil where pulses are major crop cannot only provide employment to more number of people but can also provide a better market for crop production to the farmer. Other small service business like a shop, transport etc will also provide employment to farmers.
