How is the tertiary sector different from other sectors? Give an example.

The tertiary sector does not produce any physical tangible goods, it provides support to the other two sectors. banking, transport etc and play a crucial role in the development of these sectors. For example, the bank provides loan which is very important for the secondary sector to increase their production, also for farmers to make an investment in better quality agriculture input like seed etc. to increase his production. It also includes the some of the essential services which do not directly help in the production of goods, for example, teaching, health care etc. which are basic and essential services and play a very important role in national development. Over the share of tertiary sector in GDP contribution is increasing and it is employing more and number of people, people from primary sectors are migrating to the secondary and tertiary sector.
