The given data tells us about purchase of digital devices in Rishunagar across the years 2015-2019. The data clearly shows that usage of smartphones has always had an upper-hand in Rishunagar and the purchasing trend has always recorded an ascending graph except for the period of 2017-2018. This was also the period where computers took over and surpassed the numbers of smartphones purchased with a visible difference. The graphical representation proves that digital-age has led to an increase in demand of both computers and smartphones. However, smartphones seem to be the preferred digital device in Rishunagar.

(B)

The ban on single-use plastic is impractical. The purpose of articles like bags and packaging is ultimately to make human life easier. Plastic articles do this well, so they shouldn’t be banned. The given statement and argument cannot be agreed with. Plastic is a hazardous material which leads to all types of pollution such as land, water and air (upon burning). Also, it stays in the environment for several years, which makes it even more difficult to get rid of it at a regular interval. Apart from environmental hazards, single-use plastic also causes health hazards because everything that we eat or dink from a single-use plastic container contains poisonous elements which are secreted by the plastic container. Thus, It is important to put a ban on single-use plastic.
