Find the volume and curved surface area of a right circular cylinder of height 21 cm and base radius 5 cm.

Given,


Height of cylinder = 21 cm


Radius of base = 5 cm


∴ volume of right circular cylinder = πr2h = × 5 × 5 × 21 = 1650 cm3


Curved surface area = 2πrh = 2 × × 5 × 21 = 660 cm2
