Q16 of 114 Page 36

If a and b are relatively prime, what is their LCM?

Two relatively prime numbers don’t have a common factor other than 1.

i.e, HCF = 1 and we know HCF × LCM = product of numbers.

So LCM = product of numbers = a × b = ab.
