2. Democratic governments are very much responsive to the needs and expectations of the people and also involve people in the decision making processes that affects them in return. For example- open debates on government policies’.

3. Mechanisms such as the Right to Information (RTI) are designed to empower the citizens who can enquire about the activities of the government and ensure accountability and transparency time and again.
