Do you think Lutkins was right in befooling the lawyer and earning money by using unfair means? What precautions should one take to avoid a situation like the one in which the lawyer was placed?

Lutkins was wrong in befooling the lawyer and earning money by using unfair means. He should not have behaved corrupt but, it was also a mistake of the lawyer. He was very much inexperienced and he should have taken a photograph of Bill and could have checked with other persons as well.
