Helen was innocent and did not plagiarise anything but she was accused of copying from the story of Miss Canby. As a budding writer, she felt disheartened and broken of being charged of allegations for presenting somebody else’s content as her own. She wept all nights for being cross questioned in the court and did not write anything for quite a time. Then, with time she somehow recovered the situations with the love of and support of her admirers and she wrote ‘the story of my life’.
