Find the later surface area and total surface area of the following right prisms.

Given, l = b = h = 4cm.


Formula Used:- total surface area = 2(lb + bh + lh)


Lateral surface area = 2h(l + b)


Here all dimensions are equal i.e. l = b = h = a(say)


Hence, total surface area = 6a2


= 6 × 42


= 96cm2


Lateral surface area = 4a2


= 4 × 42


= 64cm2
