⇒q2 + q–12q–12 = 0


⇒q(q + 1)–12(q + 1) = 0


⇒ (q–12)(q + 1) = 0


So. q = 12 & q = –1


As, p = 11–q


thus, p = 11–12 & p = 11 + 1


p = –1 & p = 12
