Write the effects: If the Sun disappears..........

If Sun disappears then there will be complete chaos in the solar system.

(i) The planets will fly off in the space. Since sun and planets have gravitational force between them which in turn is responsible for the revolution of planets around the sun.

In the absence of sun the planets will no longer move in there orbits and will fly off in the space till they collide with some other body or join a new system.

(ii) Sun is the source of light and life on earth. If sun disappears then earth will first use up all the heat trapped in its atmosphere and then eventually

● there will be no heat ,

● oceans will freeze,

● vegetation will die and

● it will become very difficult to sustain life on earth
