Girls = 30


Boys = 20


Total marks scored by girls be G and that of boys be B


Mean marks of Girls = 73



⇒ G = 2190


Mean marks of boys = 71



⇒ B = 1420


Mean marks for class




= 72.2


So, the mean score for whole class is 72.2
