Who is a consumer?

A consumer is a person or a group of people who pay to use goods or services for the satisfaction of his wants. A consumer is one who is the decision maker whether or not to buy an item at the store or someone who is influenced by advertisement and marketing. Any time someone goes to a store and purchases a toy, shirt, beverage, or anything else, they are making that decision as a consumer.
