There are many steps taken by Chinese leadership to make it a fastest growing economy. They are:


1) China established relations with U.S. in 1972.


2) China proposed four areas of modernisation as agriculture, industry, science, and technology in 1973.


3) They introduced Open Door Policy in order to generate higher productivity by the investment of capital and technology from abroad.


4) China set Special Economic Zones to remove the trade barriers.

The main four issues of conflict between India and Pakistan are:


1) Kashmir Issue – After the partition of India and Pakistan were involved in a conflict over the fate of Kashmir. The Government of Pakistan claimed that Kashmir belongs to them. This lead to huge wars in 1947-48 and 1965. India won the decisive wars against Pakistan in 1971, but the Kashmir question remains unsolved.


2) Siachen Issue – There is a conflict over strategic issues like control of the Siachen glacier and over acquisition of arms. Both the countries have nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver arms against each other.


3) According to India, Pakistan’s spy agency, ISI is involved in various anti-India campaigns in India’s northeast operating secretly through Bangladesh and Nepal.


4) There are differences over the sharing of river waters. However, Indus Water Treaty has solved the problem.


5) The two countries are not in agreement over the demarcation line in SirCreek in the Rann of Kutch.
