The poet asks us not to be dumb like driven cattle in the battlefield of life, but behave like actual heroes in the struggle. Everyone on this planet has come with his share of struggles and hardships and the key to sustain through them is to live life-fighting these hardships like real heroes. Even cattle that are led out in the fields to graze can behave dumbly and seek only orders, without any intellect of their own.
