Characters of Nematoda:

(i) The nematode body is also bilaterally symmetrical and triploblastic.

(ii) They are pseudocoelomate animals.

(iii) Sexes are separate (dioecious), i.e., males and females are distinct.

(iv) Roundworms have organ-system level of body organization.
