The characteristics of public facilities are:

● The benefit of a public facility can be shared by a lot of people at once.The roads are constructed can be used by masses at once.


● Public facilities include electricity, roads, sanitation, water, schools, colleges etc which are important for survival.


● It is the responsibility of the government to provide these to every indivdiaul without any discrimination.
