● Sulabh International is a social organization based in India which works for the promotion of environmental sanitation, nonconventional energy use, waste management, human rights and social reforms through education.

● It was founded by Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak in 1970.

● Currently it has 50,000 volunteers.

● It sets up pay and use the toilet with bath and laundry facilities.

● It is used by 10 million people each day.

● They are also called Sulabh complex.

● Most of the people using these complex belonging to the working class.

● Currently, there are 7500 public toilet block and 1.2 million private toilets.
