Human resources are very important for the production of good and services and they occupy greater importance than natural resources and material resources, human resources provide skills and labour which is required for the conversion of raw material to final product. For example, steel, steel is made by iron, which is a natural resource as it is mined from the earth, after mining the rocks which have iron, it is crushed by humans and machinery, heated at a very high temperature and then after many processes, it is converted into steel which is used for our home and other infrastructure building, without involvement of human resources, natural resource can't be used by us and that why they have very greater importance.
