Figure (3-Q2) shows the displacement-time graph of a particle moving on the X-axis.


Slope gives velocity in the displacement-time graph. From time 0 to t0, the slope is constant and hence the velocity is constant. After t0, the displacement is zero and hence the particle does not move.
