Any point on y-axis is of the form:

Any point on y-axis will be of the form (0, y) where except origin which is (0, 0).

Since, the equation of y-axis is x = 0 therefore all the co – ordinates of x will be 0.

Eg: (0, – 2), (0, 3), (0, 5)
