In Fig.8.2, ABCD and AEFG are two parallelograms. If C = 55°, determine F.

Given: C = 55°


Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal


∵ ABCD is a parallelogram


∴ ∠A = ∠C = 55°


Also,


∵ AEFG is a parallelogram


∴ ∠F = ∠A = 55°


Hence, ∠F = 55°.
