The shape of solid iron rod is a cylindrical. Its height is 11 cm. and base diameter is 7 cm. Then find the total volume of 50 such rods?


Given that, height(h) of cylinder is 11 cm and diameter(d) is 7 cm.


⇒ radius(r) of cylinder


And, the volume of cylinder = πr2h


⇒ volume of one rod


⇒ volume of one rod


= 423.5


⇒ the total volume of 50 such rods = 423.5 × 50


= 21,175cm3
