Q6 of 124 Page 74

If the mass of a body and the force acting on it are both doubled, what happens to the acceleration?

The acceleration would remain the same. It can be explained as-

We know, F=ma a=F/m

When both Force and Mass are doubled it means

A = 2F/2m

= F/m

Hence, acceleration remains constant.
