CP = CQ = 11 cm (Tangents drawn from an external point to the same circle are always equal)


BC = 7 cm (Given)


⇒ BQ = (CQ-BC) = 4 cm


BQ = BR (Tangents drawn from an external point to the same circle are always equal)


⇒ BR = 4 cm
