Let the angle be x.


We know, the sum of two supplementary angles is 180°.


⇒ Supplementary angle of x = 180° – x


Given:


⇒ 3x = 360° – 2x


⇒ 5x = 360°



Thus, the magnitude of the angle is 72°.
