Globalisation is a process by which organisation or businesses try to create or develop international level impact or to start any business at international scale.

There were many positive and negative effects of the Globalisation. It affected everyone differently. For some, it brought plenty of new opportunities but at the same time, it also led to the loss of livelihood. Likewise, silk spinners and twisters of Bihar were affected by globalization. It was because –

• Chinese and Korean silk yarn came into the market and was doing better than silk spinners and twisters of Bihar.

• Also, people had a preference for Chinese and Korean silk yarn as it was cheap and shining.
