What do you mean by the behavioural school of thought?

Behavioural school of thought is an important field in human geography. It is part of the sub-field social geography. It gave importance to lived experiences and on the perception of space on the basis of social categories based on ethnicity, race and religion. It emerged in the 1970s as against the dehumanised model of dealing geography in the earlier periods of time.
