● Promote afforestation which means planting more trees.

● Focus on shelter plantation and pasture development.

● The landowners must be given proper financial support to finance it.

● Dedicated efforts to improve agriculture and related sectors.

● Encourage people to grow plantation crops such as citrus fruits, dates etc.
