Philosophical View of the World


If one looks at the world from the perspective of Philosophy, it can be seen that the discipline looks at the world in terms of the various searches over centuries for eternal truth and wisdom. If the world is studied in order to collect and analyze the various schools of thoughts that have emerged over time, then it is essential to look at the role Hope plays in these. In the search for an eternal truth for humanity that is not splintered by region, culture and language, it is important to take into account the universality of Hope – as Emily Dickinson puts it, the endless, wordless song of hope is present everywhere and provides support to everyone. Hence, if there is a truth that unites the world, it is the emotion of Hope, as it is a feeling experienced by all of humanity. As Thomas Hardy mentions in The Darkling Thrush, hope is present in places where people cannot see it, that even if it is frail and imperfect, it still continues to inspire people. Hence, hope is an emotion that unites people all over the world and is therefore an important element of philosophical study.
