Bring out, in your words, the central idea of Hamlet's soliloquy.

In the soliloquy ‘To be or not to be’, Hamlet’s frustration about his situation is depicted. He is struggling with his thoughts and is disturbed so much that he contemplates whether it is worth suffering all the tensions and troubles or should he end all of it by dying.

This soliloquy basically gives a general idea of what is the state of a mind who has a suicidal tendency. This piece gives us an insight into the minds of people who are very depressed by all that is happening in their lives. It shows that when someone is depressed, they terribly struggle to put things right, but there state of mind becomes so pessimistic that they believe they are never going to find solace even if they die. It’s a sad depiction about depressed people.
