Q4 of 20 Page 93

'Tis nobler in the mind to suffer'. In today's context, do you think it is a practical and sensible piece of advice. Why/why not?

I don’t think so that in today’s context ‘suffering in the mind’ i.e becoming sad and tensed is a sensible piece of advice. If you have any problem and are engulfed by that problem, then you should try to solve it in the best possible way. When you cannot solve it by yourself, you should discuss with others and ask them for suggestions. Instead of thinking about it and growing depressed about the situation, set forth to eliminate or calm it once and for all. In the worst case you should leave thinking about it all and not get drunk with sorrow, because it’s a face paced world and you’ll be left behind if you spent time sulking in your problems.
