They tell us where we have gone wrong and what we should do to overcome obstacles in our way. Write an article in 150-200 words on “Positive effects of failure”. You are Raman/Roshni.

Harnessing Youth Energy

India has come a long way since its independence in 1947, yet there is so much more to achieve. Today we are tagged as ‘developing country’ and we strive to become a developed nation. This can be made possible by harnessing the youth energy.

Today’s youth is a bunch of well- educated and responsible citizens. They are well aware of all the struggles and the aims we desire to achieve as a nation.

The first step to solve a problem is to recognize it, and that is something which the youth can remarkably do. Not only that, the youth is also sensible to create solutions to the problems. They are well equipped with science and technology and a will to make things better.

The youth are making significant change by participating in social welfare programs, environmental awareness campaigns, helping in women empowerment etc. The positive changes in the society are evidence that if the youth directs their energy and enthusiasm in the right direction, they will create a better society to live in.

“Positive effects of failure”

“Failure is the pillar of success”- Certainly you must have heard stories about great and successful personalities which supports this saying. It is known that Edison failed a thousand times before he finally invented the bulb. He wasn’t discouraged by failure and we shouldn’t be too.

Failure hurts but there are positive effects of failure too. When you fail at something, at least you learn that whatever method you applied was a wrong method to do a particular task. Your weaknesses come to light when you fail. You may have not have known that they even existed before you failed. After recognizing your flaws, you can work on them and become strong. Also, it is mostly said that ‘adversity makes you identify who your real friends are’. This is again another positive effect of failure; it acts as a test for your friends, the real ones will always stay while the other ones will drift away.

Failure can be a blessing in disguise, but only if you view it like that. If you do not have a positive outlook, you will get crushed under failure so also choose to look at things with a positive attitude and accept failure whenever confronted with it.
