Find out the difference between the life style of farmers in the USA and India

Around 50% of the world’s population is engaged in agriculture. India’s economy is agriculture based as two-thirds of its population is dependent on it. While the same cannot be said about the economy of USA as a smaller percentage of the population is engaged in agricultural activities. This has led to several differences between the lifestyles of farmers in the USA and India.

From the above table it is clear, that the Indian farmers face a lot of trouble not only because of the traditional farming practices, but also because of government apathy. American farmers on the other hand, tend to behave like businessmen and hence are able to get better profits for their work.
