What are the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006?

The central government had passed the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act in 2003. According to this act, the injustice done to the Adivasis must be undone. They must have the right to have a home, access to forest land and to the non-timber produce of the forest.
