What type of Stoichiometric defect is shown by ZnS and why?

Frenkel defect is shown by ZnS because there is a large difference in between the size of Zn2+ and S2- ion. Frenkel defect is a type of point defect. Here, Zn2+ ion which is very small in size compare to S2- ion.
