Sharing of power makes human beings more powerful. Justify it.

Sharing of power makes human beings more powerful. This is indeed a true statement, especially when observed from the point of view of political establishments. A single ruler or a single community at the head of a country’s political setup often fails in achieving the targets of their governance. This is because of the concentration of power within a small domain, which often leads to failure due to the absence of checks and balances.

On the other hand, sharing of power ensures that no entity is given unlimited control over the population, nor are they entitled to take away the rights of the minorities for reasons benefiting their community alone. Power sharing enforces the true meaning and implication of democracy by allowing citizens to have a share in the system that governs them.
