Name and explain the interspecific interaction that exists between sea anemone and the clown fish.

The interspecific interaction that exists between the clown fish and sea anemone is commensalism.

Commensalism is a type of an interaction in which one organism is benefitted whereas the other organism is neither benefitted nor harmed. Here, the clown fish is benefitted as it gets protection from its predators using the stinging tentacles of anemone. Whereas, the anemone is neither benefitted nor harmed by protecting the clown fish.
