Find the ratio on which the point divides the line segment joining the points and B(2,-5).

Let P divide AB in the ratio of K : 1

Applying division formula,

⇒ ⇒ 6(K + 1) = 4(4K + 1)

⇒ 6K + 6 = 16K + 4

⇒ 10K = 2

⇒
