In spite of Globalization, creating good quality products and expanding market, how is it affecting the stability in jobs for the workers?

Globalisation has affected the stability of jobs of the workers:

1. To maximize profits, employment is given flexibly i.e. the jobs of the workers are not secure.

2. To get large orders, exporters try to reduce the cost which is reduced from the wages of the workers.

3. Workers have to do much longer shifts because of low wages and are provided no benefits either.

Explanation: Globalisation is largely aimed at increasing profits so the poor labourers are most affected by the reduction of cost.
