These chronicles gives us information about Mughal institutions and its vast empire. It also conveys the meaning of those objects which Mughal rulers wanted to impose on their domain. The chronicles were commissioned by the emperors to provide with a glimpse of how imperial ideologies, conquest and rule was created, fought and glorified.
