In what ways should a master look after his servants and employees?

According to Bhuddha, a master should look after his servants and employees in five ways:-

i) By assigning them work according to their capacity and strength.


ii) By supplying them with food and wages.


iii) By serving them during their sickness,


iv) By sharing delicacies with them,


v) By granting them leaves at times.
