Mode is given by

L = Lower class limit of the modal class = 20


h = class interval of the modal class = 5


f1 = frequency of the modal class = 22


f0 = frequency of the class preceding the modal class = 16


f2 = frequency of the class succeeding the modal class = 11


Substituting values in the formula of mode,





Mode = 20 + 1.76


Mode = 21.76


Thus, mode is 21.76.
