Explain three reasons for the variation in the wages of farm labourers all over India.

There are various reasons for variation in wages of farm labourers all over India:

i. Seasonal employment is the major cause of variation.

ii. In season, when there is a huge requirement of labour, the wages increase but in offseason when their requirement decreases, there wages also decrease.

iii. Lack of awareness of the Minimum Wages Acts in labours.
