Q10 of 104 Page 1

If HCF (96, 404) and 4, then, find LCM (96, 404)

Given: HCF (96 , 404) = 4

To Find: LCM (96, 404)

We use the formula

L.C.M (a,b) × H.C.F (a,b) = Product of two numbers (a×b)

LCM (96, 404) × HCF (96, 404) = 96 × 404

⇒ LCM (96, 404) × 4 = 96 × 404 [HCF (96, 404) = 4]

⇒ LCM (96, 404) =

⇒ LCM (96, 404) = 9696
